TOKYO, JAPAN – January 26, 2023 – Terumo Group today announced the establishment of a Sustainability Committee, reinforcing the company's governance structure around environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities.
The Sustainability Committee will be responsible for overseeing Terumo's sustainability strategy, monitoring progress against ESG goals, and ensuring alignment between sustainability initiatives and the company's overall business strategy.

The committee will report regularly to Terumo's Board of Directors, providing oversight and guidance on the company's sustainability initiatives globally.
