TOKYO, JAPAN – May 15, 2023 – Terumo Corporation today announced plans to construct a new manufacturing facility at its Kofu Factory in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, to support production for its Medical Care Solutions Company business segment.
The new facility will expand manufacturing capacity to meet growing global demand for Terumo's medical device products, reinforcing the company's commitment to strengthening its domestic manufacturing base in Japan.
