LAKEWOOD, Colo. – August 1, 2023 – Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies today announced that its Reveos® Automated Whole Blood Processing System has been cleared by the U.S. FDA for commercial use, marking an important milestone in bringing this innovative blood processing technology to U.S. blood centers.
The Reveos System automates the separation of whole blood into its components, replacing multiple manual processing steps with a single automated process, designed to help blood centers improve efficiency, standardization and blood component yield.
