RENFREW, Scotland – April 21, 2023 – Terumo Aortic, a division of Terumo Corporation, today announced the first North American implant of an innovative custom-made thoracoabdominal hybrid device, designed to treat complex thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms (TAAA).
The custom-made hybrid device is engineered to address patient-specific anatomies for complex TAAA cases, combining surgical and endovascular components to offer a tailored treatment approach for patients who may not be candidates for standard off-the-shelf devices.
