LAKEWOOD, Colo. – November 6, 2023 – 908 Devices and Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies today announced a collaboration to add on-line analytics capabilities to the Quantum Flex Cell Expansion System, aiming to enhance real-time process monitoring for cell therapy manufacturing.
The collaboration will integrate 908 Devices' mass spectrometry-based analytical technology with Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies' Quantum Flex platform, enabling real-time monitoring of key process parameters during cell expansion without the need for manual sampling.

The integrated solution is expected to help cell therapy manufacturers reduce contamination risk, improve process control and accelerate development timelines for cell-based therapies.
