The occasion also marked the inauguration of Terumo India's state-of-the-art Cath Lab, reinforcing the Group's mission of "Contributing to Society through Healthcare."
This year, Terumo Patient's Day was celebrated globally under the theme 'Understanding Patients,' with Terumo India bringing it to life through 'Care in Action,' integrating innovation, wellness, and community initiatives into patient care.
Engaging Activities Focused on Care
Associates engaged in a variety of activities blending wellness, social impact, and meaningful interactions:
- Care is Collective: A Steps Drive encouraged associates to convert their steps into donations for partner NGOs, linking personal wellbeing with social contribution.
- Care is Service: Volunteers visited Vishwas Vidyalaya, engaging with children and staff through plantation drives and shared celebrations.
- Care is Human: A life-sized interactive heart with a Hug-O-Meter was installed. Each interaction lit up the heart, symbolizing human connection in healthcare while tracking participation digitally.

- Enhance patient outcomes through peer-to-peer learning
